DeepTrend storage has over 30 years of experience in the industry with ongoing relationships with your company and industry partners. We are a purpose build specialty storage facility designed for our industry with accurate inventory records and 24/7 video surveillance. The facility is properly stabilized with a maintained yard, your equipment will not be sinking in the mud or have grass and weeds growing in and around it.
Your company representatives and DeepTrend representatives are the only individuals who will have access to your property. To date operators storing with DeepTrend have NO experience with lost or misplaced inventory.
Storing with DeepTrend also allows you reduced tax exposure. Property stored in Harris County, TX is taxed on 100% of current value. Property stored at DeepTrend, Calcasieu Parish, LA are taxed on 15% of the current value.
